TTI Vietnam is proud to accompany with Amcham Vietnam for the 2022 Amcham Vietnam Women in Engineering Scholarship
From September to November 2022, TTI Vietnam was honored to accompany AmCham Vietnam in organizing the AmCham Women in Engineering Scholarship (ACWES) 2022, which resulted in 70 scholarships for 70 outstanding female students from 12 partnered universities located in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang & Dong Nai.
Initiated from 2011, the ACWES program aims to encourage and support female students to study science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields and pursue careers in STEM. This year, it offers 70 scholarships of VND 15,000,000 for each student. Besides financial aid, ACWES provides female students a chance to explore companies involved in the program and get exposed to various job opportunities from high-tech companies. At the same time, they will join the AMCHAM female student community with more than 500 members, where they can share knowledge, employment possibilities, and international scholarships to study in the United States.
This program aligns with TTI's long-term commitment towards a more diverse, equal, and inclusive environment for all by educating, recruiting, and empowering female students, thus encouraging them to study and pursue careers in Engineering and STEM fields.
From TTI Vietnam, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Nhi - Marketing Project Management of Floorcare & Cleaning business unit, who won the scholarship in 2012 and 2013, shared inspiring moments with this year's winners: "Thanks to these great awards, I had the opportunity to join and contribute at big multinational corporations.
