Mr Manfred Kuhlmann, aged 68, was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director in 2004. He was General Manager of Dresdner Bank AG Hong Kong Branch between 1994 and 1998 and General Manager of Dresdner Bank AG Dubai before he retired in August 2004. Mr Kuhlmann is a graduate of the Banking Academy, Hamburg and has extensive experience in the finance and banking industry.
