Horst Julius Pudwill MSc<\/span>Chairman<\/span><\/div>\n

Mr Horst Julius Pudwill, aged 69, is Chairman of TTI, a position he has held since he jointly founded the Group in 1985. Until 2008, he also served as Chief Executive Officer. As Chairman, Mr Pudwill focuses on the strategic planning and development of the Group and continues to have oversight of the operations, with the Chief Executive Officer reporting directly to him. Mr Pudwill has extensive experience in international trade, business and commerce. Mr Pudwill<\/span> is also a director of Sunning Inc. which has an interest in the equity of the Company.<\/p>\n

Mr Pudwill<\/span> holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering and a General Commercial Degree.<\/p>\n

Mr Pudwill<\/span> is the father of Mr Stephan Horst Pudwill<\/span>, Group Executive Director and President of Strategic Planning.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Joseph Galli Jr BSBA, MBA<\/span>Chief Executive Officer<\/span><\/div>\n

Mr Joseph Galli Jr<\/span>, aged 55, joined the Group in 2006 as the Chief Executive Officer of Techtronic Appliances and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of TTI effective February 1, 2008<\/span>. He is responsible for integrating acquisitions in North America and Europe, and enhancing the global sales potential of the Group’s strong brand portfolio. He is also responsible for leading the management team in the Group’s daily operation.<\/p>\n

Mr Galli<\/span> joined Black & Decker<\/span> in 1980 where he worked for over 19 years and held various high level management positions, rising to the position of President of Worldwide Power Tools and Accessories. During his tenure at Black & Decker<\/span>, he was responsible for highly successful launch of the “DeWalt\u00ae<\/sup>”<\/span> Brand heavy duty power tools in 1992. After leaving Black & Decker<\/span>, Mr Galli<\/span> joined Amazon.com<\/span> where he was President and Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2000. From 2001 to 2005, he was a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Newell Rubbermaid Inc.<\/p>\n

Mr Galli<\/span> graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1987, he obtained an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Patrick Kin Wah Chan FCCA, FCPA<\/span>Operations Director<\/span><\/div>\n

Mr Patrick Kin Wah Chan<\/span>, aged 54, joined the Group in 1988 and was appointed as Executive Director in 1990. He is now in charge of the manufacturing operations of the Group.<\/p>\n

Mr Chan<\/span> is currently the Vice-Chairman<\/span> of the Dongguan City Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, the Chairman of Houjie Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment. He is also the Vice-Director<\/span> of Electric Tool Sub-Association<\/span> of China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association.<\/p>\n

Mr Chan<\/span> is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Frank Chi Chung Chan ACA, FCCA, FCPA, CPA (Practising)<\/span>Group Chief Financial Officer<\/span><\/div>\n

Mr Frank Chi Chung Chan<\/span>, aged 60, joined the Group in 1991 and was appointed as Executive Director in 1992. He is now responsible for corporate affairs and financial management of the Group.<\/p>\n

Mr Chan<\/span> is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, an associate of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and qualified to practise as a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

Mr Chan<\/span> is currently an Independent Non-executive<\/span> Director of Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited which is listed on the stock exchange of Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Stephan Horst Pudwill President of Strategic Planning<\/span><\/div>\n

Mr Stephan Horst Pudwill<\/span>, aged 37, joined the Group in 2004 and was appointed as Executive Director in 2006. He is mainly responsible for managing, improving and monitoring internal operations and identifying synergistic business opportunities within the Group.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining the Group, Mr Pudwill<\/span> held managerial positions at Daimler Chrysler AG that included product marketing and strategic planning for the Mercedes-Benz<\/span> car group.<\/p>\n

Mr Pudwill<\/span> holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia and is Mr Horst Julius Pudwill<\/span>’s son.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
