ISP LOGIN FAQS

How do I log in to the ISP system?

Please click the “Continue to Sign In” button at the top of the page and log in using your registered company email address and password. During login, a one-time verification code (MFA) will be sent to your registered email address for verification.

How do I reset my password?

Please click the “Continue to Sign In” button at the top of the page, then click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Why am I not receiving the MFA verification email?

Please check your spam/junk mailbox first, as the verification email may be filtered there. In some cases, due to high email traffic, the delivery may be delayed and take a few minutes to arrive.

If you still cannot receive the verification email after 10 minutes, please contact the ISP Support team for assistance.

Which email address should be used for login?

Please provide your company email address for account registration. Once the account setup is completed, you will be able to log in and use the system.

Login must be performed using your registered company email address. Personal email domains (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, QQ, 163, 126, etc.) are not recommended.

Can multiple users share one account?

No. Each user should use their own account for security and audit purposes.

Why is my account locked?

Your account may be locked due to multiple failed login attempts or if it has been inactive for more than 3 months. Please contact ISP Support for assistance.
