1-Year Program
A 12-month accelerated program that equips fresh graduates and early-career professionals with the skills, mentorship, and real business experience needed to fast-track your careers.
2-Year Program
A 24-month structured journey that lets fresh graduates and early-career professionals explore multiple engineering or operations functions before specializing in the career path that best fits your strengths.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
- Proficiency in English communication (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certification).
- Minimum GPA of 2.7/4 or 7/10.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to pressure and change.
- A proactive mindset with creativity in problem-solving.
